As you may have noticed, we have been away on a fantastic family vacation. Many thanks to Jim and Pam who planned and sponsored. The trip was like a reunion, except we are lucky to see all these people almost all the time, save Val, Phil, and Ellie and co. Mimi thought it was the best week of her life. She woke up and her friends were right there to play with her in the hugest sandbox ever! The close quarters meant naps were difficult, but she was having far too much fun to worry about it.
These pictures aren't in order, but they show the highlights.

The crew at Medieval Times.

I spent most of the vacation eating.

Mimi cheering on the Knights at Medieval Times. She was captivated the whole two hours, chowing on the chicken breast and watching the horses.

Mimi's first Minnie Mouse ears.

Leaving Disneyland. She has never fallen asleep in Dx's arms, but she was out like a light.

This was episode two of the hairdying party. I dyed Cam and Val's hair both pink, Mom dyed mine "black cherry" (thanks for the recommendation, Tristan! I love the color, I just couldn't wait. I do need a trim, though). Then the twins wanted their hair streaked pink too. It was hair success!

Mimi's hair curled in ringlets the whole time we were at the beach. It was to die for.

Celia, Mom, Paige and Bea in one of the million lines at Disneyland.

At Disneyland with my two husbands, Dx and his best friend Marcus.

The fabulous surrey ride. The babies all rode together and were very brave.
Waiting to go in at Medieval Times.
Mimi and Mama.
It was a fantastic vacation! Too bad we have to miss camping in Utah next year!

I miss all the fun.
You need to live in the humidity just for the sake of Mimi's hair. It is to die for. Also, is that her in a ONE PIECE?
I went to Disney when I was pregnant with the twins. I was so huge that I had to ride the jazzy wheelchair! We did get to cut in line because of it though...
The belly is looking fab nor!
In the ringlet picture she almost looks like one of my kids. It's the first time I've seen a resemblance. Your pictures are very good and I'm glad your fancy camera is working for you.
You look so great! And your tummy is the star of the picture with your two husbands!
Mimi's hair is so fabulous (perfect ringlet curls!) and she looks so adorable with her Minnie ears :) Seriously, she could be on the Disneyland posters and flyers she is so beautiful!
the giraffe suit (and that picture) is fabulous. I saw a bikini in Paris that I wanted to get you, but I was short, oh, 120 Euros. ouch. It was at Tam Tam and was brown with little white sketched fish swimming to and fro plus this tiny white scalloped trim. It was too too cute and "if I was a rich girl" it'd be yours.
oh, also, love the happy face prego shirt. for me it would be facetious, as that's the OPPOSITE of how I feel when I'm pregnant.
Dx looks like he's going to fall asleep on Mimi!
p.s. Thanks for the idea: I'll do vermins for Critter Corner NEXT Sunday!
Your hair color turned out great!!
I love all the pictures of Mimi! She is such a gorgeous baby! She has fabulous hair, love the curls!
Okay, please please please comment and tell me where you got that cute smiley face shirt. I'm totally in love with it.
That and Mimi's curls. You know she's a beautiful kid, right?
Smiley shirt is from stupid WetSeal, as is the majority of my preg wardrobe. I'm cheap.
Yes, we've begun to make some one-piece exceptions, mostly because they are unbelieveably cute and mom was throwing tantrums about baby nipples hanging out.
Thanks for saying I look cute, I sure don't feel cute!
love mimi's suit were did you get it?
wendy
